Be careful using async to load your menu script

My ddmenu code was about 2 years behind so I updated to the latest and greatest and it worked in IE11, but not in Firefox or Chrome. I have an external javascript that contains ddmenu along with my other scripts. Took me a long time to figure out that loading those scripts async & deferred was the problem. Loading it deferred works, just don't use both. FWIW, async & deferred worked fine with the old version.
