Javascript Tooltip not coming correct position in Ajax ModalPopUp

I have a Ajax ModalPopUp.
I place Tooltip on the PopUp textbox. But when I scroll the page. Position is coming wrong.
I attach a screen shot.

Please advise.

Maybe you have some {position: fixed;} elements in your page. I can only guess without seeing your real page.

No. If I scroll my popup also come to center of screen always.

Please also download and use the latest version of the tooltip script. We just updated the tooltip script.
