changing position of tooltip from right to left

By Default the tooltip apears on the right side of the hover content. is there a way that we could change it to apear on the left of the hover content and adjust the tip also

You can make the tooltip to appear on the left, but it's lots of CSS work.
The popup cannot adjust its position. You have to use our JavaScript Tooltip if the smart positioning is required.
