ToolTip Position

Tooltip should adjust its position according to the link position on page.e.g., if text is just visible at the end of screen area then tool tip should apear on top instead of going outside the view.

That's right. The tooltip should change its position based on the location of tiny fishing unblocked the link on the page.

The JavaScript Tooltip is able to adjust its position if there is no enough space to show its content.
