PHP Extension and functions

Hello!
I need to implement some PHP functions and include('file.php'); but like i see i cant change <a id="amenuLink" href="amenu.HTML to PHP" ? it's just show a white page. How can i change an extension?

The href allows any URLs, such as "/ab/cd.aspx", "/ab/cd.php", etc. So feel free to change it to any URL.
