CSS3 Tooltip for Mobile Platforms

I'm trying to figure out how to get this to work on mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, Androids, etc. Would I simply make the hover's an OnClick function as well?

After hours of trying this css3, I shift to http://www.menucool.com/tooltip/javascript-tooltip, and found it works fine in smartphone, iPad, touch-enabled laptops, Windows surface, .... The JavaScript Tooltip saved my day and I highly recommend it.
