Populate menu through an external single file

Can we populate the menu HTML code through an external single file, and don't need to declare the menu HTML markup in every pages?

I am asking this question because I add new pages and update my page links frequently. If I can manage the menu HTML code in a single place, that would be a great convenience.

We are adding this feature which will be available in next release (in the middle of October).
