How do I shrink the size of the botom line so it's not the width of your screen.

Giving a width to the div.tabcontents through CSS:
div.tabcontents { width:500px; }

To shrink the size of the bottom line so it's not the width of your screen, you can modify the CSS styles that control the appearance of the bottom line.
