Your code doesn't work? Please first check:

  • Is your code clean?
    • Make sure every openning tag (e.g. <a>) has a closing tag (e.g. </a>).
    • Make sure your link paths to the JavaScript and CSS files are correct.
    • Avoid typos in the JavaScript.
  • Do you have script or CSS conflict?

    Sometimes your other components in your page may contain fatal errors and make Menucool component not working. It is strongly recommended to use our demo as a quick start and include only our demo code in your page. After making sure it is working, start your customization, and add your other components to the page gradually.

  • Have you staged a testing page online?

    If you want us to take a look at an issue, things will become much easier if you can stage a testing HTML page on the Internet (include only the component in question, and don't forget declaring the <!DOCTYPE html> before your <html> tag in your HTML code).

    Please also tell us on which version of the browser you got the issue.
