Using Thumb without the license

Would it be possible to use "thumbs" without the license? Let say, I will copy the code and all the necessary files and paste it but I will change the name 'thumb" itself and other names associated with it. Thanks in advance for answering my question.

I don't think it is possible. The slider script is obfuscated and there are algorithms inside.
